QUAGGA PROPERTY BROKERS PLAYS THEIR PART FOR THE MOVIE INDUSTRY
Deer Island Seven (Pty) Ltd, a film company set to make the action packed movie, Momentum, in and around Cape Town, has found a home for the duration of the film with the help of Quagga Property Brokers. “We have worked closely with internationally renowned South African Independent Film Producer, Anton Ernst, accredited to such movies as Little One (Screened at the Vancouver South African Film Festival), Lullaby and Wake of Death, to find the best possible office and studio space for the company’s needs,” comment Len Pears and Chris King of Quagga Property Brokers.
The 6 month lease for the 465m² office and studio space in Shelley Road, Salt River, valued at R232 200.00, will be used for the duration of the filming whilst in Cape Town.
