Exquisite Snacks moves to new premises in Prime Park
Exquisite Snacks, established in 2001, has grown to such an extent that they have had to move into new premises at Prime Park in Diep River, and will now be renting Unit E15 thanks to the help of Quagga Property Brokers.
Exquisite Snacks have a proven track record as the chosen supplier of quality snack products to many of the top Five Star hotels in the country including One&Only Cape Town, Arabella Hotel & Spa, The Hilton, The Table Bay, as well as many corporate and events companies, food-service companies and retailers such as Vida e Caffe and Table Mountain Café who carry th snacks packed under their own brands.
Their “My Snackbox” was started with a view to providing healthy alternative snacks for lunch boxes as well as a special treat or two, and as a way to give back to schools by donating a portion of each sale to the school.
The 3 year lease with a 3 year option is valued at R467 491.20 ex VAT.
